Organiser: SingleTrack Events
The Grampians Peaks Trail Race (GPT100), held from November 6 to 9, 2025, is a premier ultra trail running event in the Grampians National Park, Victoria, Australia. This challenging race covers the full 162 km (100 mile) length of the Grampians Peaks Trail, featuring approximately 7,700 meters of elevation gain across diverse terrain, including sandstone slabs, smooth trails, stairs, and technical rocky sections.
Participants can choose to compete in the continuous 100-mile solo or pairs race, or opt for the four-day stage race format that breaks the course into manageable sections, each supported by major aid stations. There is also a team relay option available for both the continuous and stage race formats, with teams of 2 or 3 runners. Additionally, a standalone 50 km race is offered on the Thursday before the main events.
The race route extends from Mt Zero in the north to Dunkeld in the south, with the township of Halls Gap serving as the event basecamp and headquarters. The event showcases stunning views along 99% single-track hiking trails that traverse the spectacular Grampians mountain range, providing both a physical and mental test for all competitors.
