Description
I'm Still Standing Sydney is an ultra-endurance race held at Heffron Park, Maroubra, on 14 March 2026, following the Last One Standing (or Backyard Ultra) format.
Competitors run a 6.71 km loop every hour on the hour, continuing consecutively until only one runner completes a full lap alone and is declared the winner. Each loop must be finished within one hour to remain in the race.
The course consists of a mix of paved paths and grass surfaces. Participants are required to start each lap on time and complete it without leaving the course, except for restroom breaks. The race tests endurance, strategy, and mental toughness under continuous challenge.
