About this event

Kowen Winter Trails offers three winter trail-running options through native forest and groomed forestry trails in the Wamboin area: a 12 km trail run or walk, a half marathon and a marathon. Courses feature rural surroundings, forest scenery and views towards Canberra and the surrounding region.

The marathon is an official qualifier for the Six Foot Track. The courses include substantial climbing, with approximately 400 metres of elevation gain on the 12 km course, 600 metres on the half marathon and 1,400 metres on the marathon.

The event is held on Sunday, 20 June 2027, in Wamboin, New South Wales.
