Experience the thrill of mountain biking, kayaking, and trail running amidst the stunning natural beauty of Lake Awoonga at the Lake Awoonga Adventure Race (LAAR) in Benaraby, Queensland on Saturday, 25 October 2025.
This exciting event offers three race categories to suit all levels: endurance, competitive, and novice.
For the endurance and competitive races, participants will complete five legs in the following order: trail bike ride, trail run, kayak (or swim), trail run, and bike ride.
The novice race is a team event for pairs, featuring four legs: bike ride, kayak, trail run, and bike ride.

Novice (teams of 2): 4 legs
1.25K MTB + 1.3K kayak + 2.7K trail run + 1.25K MTB
