About this event

The Burson Rock2Ramp Ocean Swim is a community open water swimming event held at Point Roadknight Beach in Anglesea, Victoria. It is scheduled for Monday 28 December 2026 and includes a traditional 1.2km swim, with additional distances available for swimmers of different ages and abilities.

Now in its 30th running, the event is part of the summer ocean swim calendar and is designed for a wide range of participants, from kids through to experienced ocean swimmers. The course is described as an around-the-buoys format in the sheltered waters of Point Roadknight, making it a popular choice for swimmers looking for a well-supported beach event.

Proceeds from the event support the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club, helping fund its lifesaving and community work. Entries are expected to open in August 2026.
