Summer of Shred 2026 is a beginner-friendly mountain biking enduro-timing series at Mt Taylor MTB Park, Mount Taylor, Victoria. The opening race night takes place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, with racing scheduled to start at 6.00pm.
Participants can build their skills and confidence across three race nights, with a different trail featured at each event. Practice nights provide an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the course before racing, making the series suitable for riders who are new to timed enduro events as well as those looking to improve their trail-riding skills.
The programme also includes a free Mini Shredders skills session for children, offering younger riders an opportunity to develop their mountain biking technique in a supportive setting. A free barbecue is available on race and presentation nights, adding a relaxed social element to the evening.
Further race nights are scheduled for Thursday, 12 November and Thursday, 26 November 2026. Summer of Shred is presented by Mountain Biking East Gippsland at Mt Taylor MTB Park.
