About this event

Run one of the world's most scenic marathon courses at the TCS Sydney Marathon on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

This Abbott World Marathon Major and World Athletics Platinum Label event starts in North Sydney, crosses the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, winds through historic landmarks like The Rocks and Circular Quay, and finishes triumphantly in front of the Sydney Opera House.

Supporting races include the fun 5km Mini Marathon on Saturday, finishing by the Sydney Opera House, and the 10km race on Sunday, featuring the Sydney Harbour Bridge and ending at the Conservatorium of Music.
