Experience the ultimate test of endurance in this "last one standing" Backyard Ultra event, starting Friday, May 22, 2026, at scenic Herdsman Lake, Western Australia.
Identical to Herdy's Frontyard Ultra but run in the reverse direction, competitors tackle a precise 6.71km loop every hour on the hour.
Runners continue until only one remains: when all but the final athlete fail to finish within the hourly cutoff, they must complete a solo lap in time to claim victory.
Failure to do so results in a DNF and the iconic “Given The Boot”.
