Upper Beaconsfield Tower Run
Join the Upper Beaconsfield Tower Run, a community-driven event offering a challenging and scenic course through the picturesque hills and tracks of Upper Beaconsfield. The main 6.5km loop starts in the township and climbs to the area’s iconic Water Tower, following quiet, mostly unsealed roads through rolling countryside and rural farmland.
Participants can choose from three distances, all electronically timed for accuracy:
- Single Loop: 6.5km (180m elevation gain)
- Double Loop: 13km (360m elevation gain)
- Half Marathon: Three loops plus a bit extra for a true endurance challenge
The Upper Beaconsfield Tower Run is the opening event of the annual Village Festival, which features family-friendly entertainment, market stalls, local food, live shows, and activities for all ages. All event proceeds support local community groups, including the Upper Beaconsfield Men’s Shed, Village Festival, CFA, and Split Rock Rovers.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual walker, this event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. Come for the run, stay for the festival, and help strengthen the Upper Beaconsfield community!
