About this event
The Western Sydney 10 (WS10) is a monthly 10km running series held on the third Sunday of every month, rotating among three scenic locations in Western Sydney: Jamisontown, Parramatta, and Bungarribee.
This edition features the Bungarribee Park course, starting adjacent to the Bung Shelter near the main carpark and Warrigal dog run—the same point as Rooty Hill parkrun. The large looping out-and-back route keeps runners within 1.5km of the start at all times.
Primarily on sealed concrete and bitumen paths ideal for prams and all weather, the course includes two gravel sections and a dirt segment that may turn muddy after rain. Expect encounters with other runners, walkers, and cyclists, with no road crossings. Ample parking, bike racks, toilets, and drinking fountains are available on-site.
