Activity Details
ACE Tennis Academy Gold Coast runs Cardio Tennis in Broadbeach Waters during Queensland school terms. Sessions combine tennis drills, singles and doubles point play, cardio bursts and upbeat music.
The programme caters to all fitness levels and abilities, with no tennis experience needed. Participants can progress at their own pace in a group workout on court.
Thursday sessions run from 6 pm to 7 pm. Walk-ins are welcome without signing up in advance, and sessions can also be selected online.
Bring a racquet, water bottle, hat and sunscreen, and wear runners and comfortable clothes. Racquets are available to borrow.
