Adelaide Running Crew is a free social running group based around Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide. The group helps runners work toward their goals in a supportive group training environment.
What to Expect
The regular Wednesday session is interval training from the Uni Loop area. Sessions suit runners who can comfortably run around 5km and include a mix of paces and structured efforts.
