Activity Details
Designed for intermediate to advanced adult players, our Adult Performance sessions combine structured coaching with challenging training to improve your movement, tactics and match play. Players should be able to rally consistently and understand the fundamentals of gameplay.
Each session includes focused coaching, high-tempo drills, multi-shuttle training and coached match play. You’ll work on:
- Efficient footwork, court coverage and recovery
- Shot selection and rally control
- Attacking, defending and transitioning between the two
- Front-court positioning and net control
- Tactical awareness and decision-making under pressure
Monthly training themes help you reinforce skills, apply feedback and build consistency. You’ll train alongside motivated players of a similar ability, with guidance from experienced BWF qualified coaches in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Participation is subject to assessment. Please enquire before booking so we can confirm whether the session suits your level.
Cost details: 50% Discount trial session available for new players Casual session: $50 (2-hour session) Foundation Pack – $160 ($40 per lesson)
