About the Classes

What to Expect
- Beginner Basics introduces grip, stance and swing technique before building towards rallying, serving and scoring, with low-pressure drills and clear instruction.
- Beginner classes suit newer players and those returning after a break, with rally-based drills and coach-guided activities to develop technique.
- Intermediate classes combine technique instruction, live-ball drills and practice match play. Players should already rally with control, hit topspin with consistent technique and serve confidently.
