Activity Details
Alamanda Basketball Club is one of the biggest local junior basketball clubs in the region, welcoming players aged 5 to 21 years old. The club offers girls' and boys' teams across all age groups, from beginners through to experienced players.
- Weekly Competition: Mixed under-8 and girls' teams play Friday evenings, while boys' teams play Monday and Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Saturday Competition: U10 to U14 boys, girls, and U16 girls groups compete on Saturdays against other domestic clubs.
- Getting Involved: The club is run entirely by volunteers. Parents and friends can join as coaches, team managers, or committee members. New committee members are always welcome.
The club is committed to developing lifetime basketball skills, physical and psychological fitness, teamwork, respect, and self-control in a supportive environment.
