- Junior Giants Program: Thursdays 4:00pm-4:45pm at Aspendale Gardens Community Centre for ages 5-7, focusing on basic skills like ball handling, shooting, and teamwork. Cost: $144 per term; pro-rata for mid-term joins.
- Competition Teams: For players 6+ (U8 to U18), with 45-minute training sessions based on volunteer coach availability and 1-hour games via Southern Basketball Association at various Bayside venues.
