Activity Details
We are a small friendly recreational running and walking group in Melbourne's outer east, helping you succeed with your goals no matter what your age or ability or pace. We run and walk for fitness, enjoyment, support, and participate in fun runs and events.
Our coach is accredited with Athletics Australia and our sessions are varied and aimed at progressing your goals in a supportive, encouraging environment. Beginners programs to get you started running are scheduled regularly throughout the year. We also encourage walkers to come and join us and walk for fitness with the company of others who want to get fit too.
Ages: 18+
Distances: 5km, 10km, Half Marathon, Full Marathon
When: Tues 5.30pm Running & Walking Group session / Sat 8.00am Beginners 12 Week Program (runs 2-3 x per year)
