We have runners that can do sub 3hr marathons, and beginners and recovering athletes that run much much slower. We value fellowship over performance, but celebrate our successes. Perhaps we are the group for you?
Knox Road Runners is a Recreational Running Group affiliated with Athletics Victoria. All affiliated Recreational Running Groups have accredited Recreational Running Coaches to help you be the best runner you can be.
