Bendigo Volleyball Association runs indoor volleyball competitions and training at Bendigo Stadium (Red Energy Arena) in West Bendigo. Junior and senior divisions cater for different skill levels, with men’s, women’s and mixed competitions.
Thursday competition nights have junior matches at 5 pm and 6 pm, followed by senior matches at 7:05 pm and 8:25 pm. The Autumn season runs from February to June and Spring from July to December, with school holiday breaks and finals at the end of each season.
Open training is also offered on Sundays at the stadium. Check the association’s training updates for the confirmed time and court before attending.
Use the expression-of-interest form on the association’s website to enquire about playing. Individuals without a team can ask for help finding one. Regular Thursday team players need Volleyball Victoria registration, and the association requires valid registration for players taking part in five or more games or playing in the second half of a season.
