Burwood FC offers soccer opportunities for all ages and skill levels, from juniors to adults. Teams train weekly at Blair Park or Centenary Park, with sessions typically held Tuesday to Thursday evenings between 5pm and 9pm, depending on age group. Younger players train earlier, while older and adult teams train later.
- Junior teams (under 6's to under 7's) play Saturday mornings at Centenary Park.
- From under 8's, teams play home and away matches.
- Adult men's teams, including over 45's, play Saturday afternoons or Friday evenings.
- Women's teams (including Intermediate League for ages 17-19, over 35s, and general women's league) play on Sundays.
- Weekly training is organized by teams and volunteer coaches, with flexible scheduling.
- Fun and inclusive events for female players are held on select Fridays during the season.
- The season runs from April to August, with finals extending into late August.
- Membership is open to all, with opportunities for both competitive and social play.
