Total Tennis Lake Macquarie offers Cardio Tennis at Rathmines Tennis Club for players aged 16 and over. Its programmes provide a social way to exercise through tennis, with two formats to suit different playing experience.
What to expect
- Cardio Lite combines simple tennis drills, games and low-impact fitness activities. No tennis experience or equipment is required.
- Cardio Play uses rallying and point-play activities for intermediate players.
Both formats run for 60 minutes, with music, on-court challenges and a step challenge for extra motivation.
2026 Term 4 sessions
- Cardio Lite: Monday 6:30–7:30 pm, Tuesday 7:30–8:30 pm and Saturday 7:30–8:30 am.
- Cardio Play: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30–8:30 pm.
