About the programme
Cammeray Hot Shots offers junior tennis coaching at Cammeray Tennis Club, in partnership with Grand Slam Tennis. The programme aims to help children enjoy tennis for life through play, skill development and participation at their own level.
What to expect
Qualified coaches use smaller courts, lighter racquets and low-compression balls to introduce tennis skills and encourage teamwork. Children progress through Blue, Red, Orange and Green stages as their skills develop. Bring sports shoes, a hat, water and afternoon tea. Racquets are available to borrow.
Term 4, 2026
After-school programmes run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The booking window is 3 pm to 5 pm, including collection from participating schools; children brought directly to the courts start at 3.45 pm and finish at 5 pm. Confirm school pick-up arrangements when booking.
Published fees are $45 per weekly session, payable as a term booking: $405 for nine Monday or Friday sessions, or $450 for ten Tuesday or Wednesday sessions. Term bookings run from mid-October to mid-December 2026, with dates varying by weekday. Wednesday bookings currently use a waiting list.
How to join
Choose a weekday and book through the programme website. A free trial is available for first-time bookings. Contact the team using the details on this listing to confirm the appropriate age group, availability and any school collection arrangements before booking.
