Kids Hot Shots Tennis at The Ponds
Tennis Nation runs small-group Hot Shots lessons at The Ponds Tennis Centre in Jonas Bradley Reserve. The programme introduces children to tennis through movement, stroke development and graded play, with a pathway from first lessons towards competition.
What to expect
- Blue, ages 3–5: movement skills and introductory tennis, with up to four children in a 30-minute lesson.
- Red, ages 5–8: serving, rallying and scoring with slower red balls; development groups have four children and run for 30 minutes.
- Orange, ages 7–10, and Green, ages 10–12: 60-minute development lessons with up to six children, grouped from beginner to intermediate level.
Fees and bookings
For the term starting 12 October 2026, development lessons cost $24.90 per session for Blue and Red, or $25.90 for Orange and Green, paid termly. Performance squads have separate fees and entry requirements. The published timetable is indicative and depends on enrolments; confirm a suitable class before booking.
