Sailability Tasmania is a voluntary non-profit organisation dedicated to providing inclusive sailing opportunities for people of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds. Whether you have a disability or are looking to learn sailing, we welcome you to join our thriving community.

Training & Participation:

  • Comprehensive sailing instruction tailored to all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced sailors
  • Access to dedicated boats and experienced instructors who specialise in teaching people with disabilities
  • Operations across three regions of Tasmania: Wynyard, Launceston, and Hobart

Getting Involved:

  • Join as a sailor to learn and enjoy the sport in a safe, friendly environment
  • Volunteer opportunities available for those interested in supporting the organisation
  • No barriers to participation based on age, ability, gender, or socio-economic status
