Is completing a Fun Run on your list of goals in 2024? Our 10 week program will prepare you for the Mother's Day Classic 4, 8 or 12km run on Sunday 12th May.


*Small Group (fun and social)

*Learn correct running technique

*Build strength and endurance

*Work at your own individual pace

*Get active for breast cancer research


Just $299 and includes:


*10 x 60 minute small group sessions

*Group chat for sending resources/ tips/motivation/sharing progress

*Run-specific strength training program

*24/7 Gym Access at Phase 1 Performance in Alphington for 12 weeks!


The program starts on Monday 19th February at 6pm, with the last session on Monday 6th May (no session Labour Day or Easter Monday).

At the end of the program we will all run in the Mother's Day Classic together and celebrate our achievement with a social catch up afterwards.

It doesn't matter if you run regularly or if you have never run before! All fitness levels are welcome.

We welcome everyone to join us for some social running whether you're completing your first 5km or training for a Marathon or more however we are a social group and are not responsible for the well-being of any attendees.
