- Training sessions: Indoor sessions Monday to Thursday after 6:00pm at Coatesville Primary School, Jump Central, and McKinnon Secondary College, suitable for all skill levels from beginners to competitive.
- Play opportunities: Boys' matches on Saturdays and girls' on Sundays for Under 10 to Under 20; Summer season (Term 4 to Term 1) and Winter season (Term 2 to Term 3) with team games at GESAC and local schools.
