Chair yoga is designed to help increase your mobility and flexibility through gentle dynamic stretches, while also promoting relaxation and concentration through deep breathing

Monday mornings 9.30-10.15am— 45 min $10 per person casual class ** This class is also available live online via zoom**

Cost details: $10 per person casual class Call us to book in. Some classes maybe affected by public holidays etc.
