- Training sessions: Held Sundays (5:00-6:00pm), Tuesdays (4:30-5:30pm), Thursdays (4:00-5:30pm), and Fridays (4:30-5:30pm) at locations including Cobblebank, Bacchus Marsh, Gisborne, and Caroline Springs, suitable for all abilities.
- Play opportunities: Able-bodied basketball at multiple sites, wheelchair basketball at Bacchus Marsh, and wheelchair multisports every Tuesday at Cobblebank Stadium; low-cost and welcoming for beginners to regular participants.
