Activity Details
Taroona Tennis Club offers weekly social tennis and club competitions on four synthetic grass courts in Taroona Park.
Social tennis runs on Saturdays from 12:30pm to 4pm and Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm. Sessions are friendly and welcoming but still competitive, so they are probably not suitable for new beginners. Anyone unsure about the standard can come along to watch or ask the players.
Non-members are welcome at social tennis. Contact the club committee using the contact details on this listing before attending, as the club prefers advance notice.
The club also runs handicap doubles, club championships and an annual interclub challenge. Pennant teams are entered when there are enough players. Contact the club to discuss membership and competition opportunities; new members receive a membership form through the membership officers.
