Across 2 floors – Hiscoes has it all
FREE WEIGHTS
Our spacious free weights area boasts several benches, extensive range of Olympic weights, dumbbells, squat cages and the great ‘no-attitude’ atmosphere that we’re known for.
PIN-LOADED WEIGHTS
A carefully selected range of cable, pin-loaded machines for working all body-parts.
CARDIO EQUIPMENT
Includes some of the latest technology treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and rowing machines.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AREA
Free training matted area where you can access plyometric boxes, kettlebells, slam balls, TRX Suspension trainers, sandbags and monkey bars.
STRETCH AREA
Our Blue room, where you can unwind at the end of your workout. Now more than ever, with many of us hunched over our desks at work, it’s important to make time to stretch and elongate our tense muscles.
****SQUASH****
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced squash player – hiscoes surry hills has squash options for all levels.
Hiscoes has 4 glass-backed squash-courts, that can be booked casually or get a discount for permanent weekly hire. Off-Peak court hire 6am-5.45pm Mon-Thurs and all day Fri, Sat, Sun. Peak times 5.45pm-8.45pm Mon – Thurs.

On most Sundays we meet hail, rain or shine on Hospital Road, at the rear of Sydney Eye Hospital. opposite the Domain at 8.00am.
We train (walk or run) for an hour, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of some of Sydney’s most spectacular sites – the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Opera House and Mrs Macquarie’s chair.
