Silver Sneakers - Falls Prevention & Strength Training for Women Over 65
The 9-week program consists of a combination of walking, strength, balance and flexibility exercises, with each participant assessed before and after the intervention. Participants are provided with their own dumbbells, a resistance band and are provided education on the importance of each type of exercise throughout the program.
The program can be tailored to ensure all participants can benefit.

All classes are 45 minutes and all you need to bring is a water bottle and a hat, all equipment is provided for you! Our trainers are looking forward to meeting you!

The body is surrounded by hyper-cooled air at an average temperature of -140°C for 2½ to 3 minutes. Cold sensors in the skin send a signal to the brain which causes blood to rush to the core.
