Organiser: Sole Motive
The iconic Canberra Times Fun Run, organised by Sole Motive, returns to the capital’s streets on Sunday, 2 November 2025.
Participants can stroll, walk, or run in one of four distances: the AIMS-certified Half Marathon (21.1 km), 10 km, 5 km, or a 2 km Kids Run. The fast, flat course passes notable landmarks such as the Parliamentary Triangle, Old and New Parliament Houses, and Lake Burley Griffin, offering a scenic and inspiring route.
All runners finish at Rond Terrace, Parkes, overlooking the picturesque lake, where post-race celebrations and festivities will take place in the event village.
Accessibility is supported with a wheelchair wave available for the 5 km, 10 km, and Half Marathon distances.
