Did you know you can play Netball at walking pace?
Walking Netball is a slower version of netball designed for senior women and men. To simplify it, it's netball at a walking pace. This session will consist of netball skills, drills, strength work, balance, coordination and if there is enough people a game of Walking Netball.
This class will improve your health outcomes by helping you stay active and social, regardless of fitness level or age.
This session welcomes beginners and experienced players. Please not it is a low impact slow pace game.
