About this event

HIGHLANDER Adventure Mt Hotham brings multi-day hiking to the Victorian Alps from 10 to 14 March 2027, with Hotham Wire Plain Hub as the event base.

Choose your alpine challenge

2DAY: 33 km with 1,170 m of ascent, rated intermediate.
3DAY: 53 km with 2,290 m of ascent, rated intermediate+.
5DAY: 95 km with 4,200 m of ascent, intended for experienced hikers.

The five-day route includes rugged ridgelines, river crossings and Mount Bogong. Choose a format that matches your hiking experience and preparation.

Carry your pack, share the camp

Participants remain self-sufficient and carry their own packs. The organised experience includes curated routes, food and snacks, on-course safety and support, and campsite activities and workshops. Enter individually or as a team.
