Kinder Bike Sessions
Event location
Description
Organiser: Moonee Valley City Council
Keep your little one safe and feeling confident when riding their bike!
Have fun and learn road safety at our Kinder Bike Sessions.
To assist in the Climate Emissions Reduction campaign and to ensure Moonee Valley is a connected city of accessible, active sustainable transport choices, Council will be running a series of kinder bike sessions to encourage more cycling to and from school and in and around our neighbourhoods. If your family is starting Primary School next year, now is a great time to become familiar with how to be safe riding a bicycle to and from school.
The Kinder Bike Sessions are designed to ensure your young ones will learn basic road rules and safety in a fun environment at the Essendon Traffic School.
Kinder-aged children are welcome to this free session. A small snack of fruit will be provided. Please indicate in the booking if your family has any dietary requirements.
At the end of the session children will receive bicycle safety items for future rides to take home.
Bicycles and helmets are available at Essendon Traffic School, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
