THE GYM
Fitzys gym offers a wide variety of equipment to suit all shapes and sizes. A great free-range weight section for those that want to lift like Kong, newer-style weight machines for more controlled heavy lifting, through to combination workout machines to suit hyper-toning exercises.
In short, your upper and lower-body workout requirements are covered, and thats not even counting our cardio and boxing areas. If you are not familiar with any equipment, no need to worry, our instructors are there to help you
All memberships include a catered program to suit your needs. This can be updated every 6-8 weeks to keep you on track.
SQUASH
With a 5 court squash facility including 2 glass show courts, Fitzys Gym and Squash Centre is the Squash club of choice in the central Brunswick area, for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. The convenience of this central location allows you to play on the way to and from work or at lunch.
Fitzys Squash offers Squash for the casual player, club competition or intraclub challenges. Coaching is available or ask about being partnered with other casual hitters for some extra practice.Whatever you choose you will be made welcome at Fitzys.
Casual Court Hire
Squash courts are available for hire 7 days a week, subject to events and bookings. Squash and Racquetball equipment is also available for hire/sale. Squash Courts can be booked on a casual basis by calling 9380 2356. Bookings are taken up to 7 days in advance. Permanent bookings are available for courts week by week.

The club participates in field hockey competitions and uses a multi-sport synthetic turf field shared with soccer, located within the RMIT Sports Precinct.
