Description
Organiser: Perth Trail Series
Join us on Sunday, 7 December 2025, at Wungong Regional Park, WA, for the Perth Trail Summer Series: Qi Gong, a unique trail running event offering three course distances to suit all levels.
Experience the harmony of breath and movement as you engage your Qi (life energy) to enhance your trail performance. The event begins with a 1km warm-up on a wide track, followed by a short, rocky, and technical descent to a usually dry brook. This descent sets you up for a challenging climb, interspersed with gentle undulating terrain and a brief single-track downhill before another climb.
Whether you’re aiming to flow effortlessly up the hills or enjoy a rewarding outdoor workout, this event blends mindful movement with the natural beauty of Wungong Regional Park. Celebrate your finish with vibrant atmosphere, entertainment, and the camaraderie of fellow trail enthusiasts.
