The Sprint Series Adventure Race in Lane Cove, NSW, on Sunday, 16 November 2025, is a dynamic multisport event featuring running, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Designed for teams of two, participants navigate using maps and compasses to locate checkpoints across varied terrain by foot, mountain bike, and kayak. Team members must remain together throughout the race. The event offers both a full course and a novice course to accommodate different skill levels.
Kayaking stages take place on a river, with kayaks provided as part of the entry fee. Running sections cover 4WD trails, walking paths, and off-road terrain. Mountain biking challenges include a mix of 4WD trails and single-track paths, providing a diverse and engaging experience for all participants.

4-Hour Adventure Race (Run + MTB + Kayak) in teams of two:
Novice: 3K + 8-10K + 2K
Classic: 5-7K + 15K + 5K
