Trail Run Australia - Tathra is a scenic coastal trail running event held in the seaside town of Tathra on the NSW Sapphire Coast. The 2027 event is scheduled for Saturday 13 March 2027, with registration available on the Friday evening before race day.
Set against the backdrop of Bournda National Park and the Tathra headlands, the course combines flowing forest trails, technical coastal singletrack and sweeping ocean views. Race HQ is based at the Tathra Surf Life Saving Club foreshore area, with facilities including a cafe, bar, public amenities and beach access.
The event includes multiple distances, with the flagship long course covering 27.6 kilometres. Other published race options include 16 kilometres, 8 kilometres and a 2.5-kilometre family beach run, making the weekend suitable for both experienced trail runners and those looking for a shorter coastal challenge.
