About this event

Yamba Triathlon State Championship returns to Whiting Beach on 28–29 November 2026, bringing a sanctioned NSW championship event to the coastal town of Yamba.

The programme includes a range of participation options for different ages and abilities, including Kids, Enticer and Sprint triathlon events, along with run-only and swim-only formats. The Enticer triathlon features a 300-metre swim, 10-kilometre cycle and 2.5-kilometre run, while the Sprint Triathlon State Championship includes a 750-metre swim, 20-kilometre cycle and 5-kilometre run.

With its beachfront setting and varied distances, the event offers an accessible introduction to multisport racing as well as a competitive championship opportunity for experienced triathletes.

Location: Whiting Beach, Yamba
Dates: Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026
