Retro Superclass
choose from STEP, BOOTY BANDS or BODYWEIGHT/DUMBBELLS options for each song.
Each class has a different genre, artist or musical theme.
LOADS of fun but you’ll still get a great workout -the variety keeps the class interesting and it’s suitable for any fitness ability.
BOXING beginner/intermediate
Learn basic boxing technique including pad holding and basic combos. This class is brilliant for building focus and after work stress relief too!
All equipment provided, however you’re welcome to bring your own - no partner necessary as we’ll pair you up with someone of similar ability.
6.15pm every Tuesday evening, $17.50 casual class however 8 packs of classes are available from
$90 per pack.
OBSIDIAN VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY
Junior programs cater to all skill levels from first touch to advanced, with beginner options specifically designed for players with zero prior experience.
Weekly training sessions are held at the West Ryde location (grouped by ability: beginner, intermediate, advanced) and at Kellyville, with holiday camps available at Baulkham Hills High School.
All venues feature indoor courts, plenty of parking, and sessions run rain or shine.
