My background is track, where I competed for over ten years at level where I was fortunate enough to compete against the best in the world.

My long run training is scheduled on every Sunday morning, in the neighborhood of Bulimba, Hawthorn and Balmoral; other trainings during the week including yoga, aqua jogging and strength training.
