Are you training for London Marathon 2023? Would you like to train together? Long run training sessions can be fun and encouraging if run with like minds. My long run training is scheduled on every Sunday morning, in the neighborhood of Bulimba, Hawthorn and Balmoral; other trainings during the week including yoga, aqua jogging and strength training. If you are interested, please contact, we can work out training plans together. It's free, and hopefully fun for cross cultural exchange as well.
