Melbourne Inner-East Road Cycling Group

Activity Details
Hello to anyone who loves road cycling (i.e. the bikes with the turned down handles and cleat pedals) and would like to join a group that meets regularly to ride on weekends (Sat/Sun depending on preference)), with a coffee and chat stop. Not looking for Tour de France qualifiers, just anyone who is reasonably fit (or wants to get fit) and loves riding. Probably over 40s in age, both men and women welcome. Format for regular rides would go along the lines of meeting at a designated time (e.g. 8 am) at a suitable point near Malvern or inner-east/south environs, doing a ride of between 50-100 km, then stopping at a cafe for coffee and chat. Regular rides would probably be down Beach Rd or Kew Boulevard, with adhoc rides occasionally to the Dandenong Ranges, Warrandyte, etc.
Would love to hear from you!
