The Sunshine Coast Table Tennis Club invites players of all ages and ability to join in for fun sessions


Table tennis can improve hand-eye coordination. According to scientists, playing table tennis stimulates the tactical strategy, mental alertness and concentration. This helps in sharpening reflexes and refining tactics. Some drills that can help improve hand-eye coordination and juggling, ball drops and looking at the opponent’s racket.

• Thursday 7:0pm - 9:30pm social

• Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am social

• Mondays + Wednesdays – Social Table Tennis 9:00am to 12:00pm
