We run and operate a huge range of Classes including:
Kettlebell, Spin Cycle, Bootcamp's and Bodypump Classes.
SQUASH COURT'S
We have 4 Squash Courts Available to use for Members and or
Those who wish to pay upfront for a set time.
AIKIDO
Steve the Owner hold's Aikido lesson's starting at $120 per month (Adults) and $10.00 Per Lesson (Children)
