THE F STANDS FOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, A MIX OF CIRCUIT AND HIIT STYLE WORKOUTS GEARED TOWARDS EVERYDAY MOVEMENT. 45 IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME FOR SWEAT-DRIPPING, HEART-PUMPING FUN.

10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS
First class? Let’s do this. Get there 10 minutes before class to meet your trainer. We’ll check you in, get you sorted, and walk you through what to expect during your first class.

Line up on the blue track and the trainers will take you step by step through each exercise. No surprises here.
WARM UP
Time for your warm-up. F45TV and the trainers will get you ready to perform at your best.

Get ready for 45 minutes of heart-pumping, sweat-dripping fun. F45TV will guide you. F45FM will move you. Our trainers will support you every step of the way.

Full Body Cryotherapy for Recovery
The body is surrounded by hyper-cooled air at an average temperature of -140°C for 2½ to 3 minutes. Cold sensors in the skin send a signal to the brain which causes blood to rush to the core. As blood is circulated through the core, toxins are flushed and blood becomes enriched with oxygen and all the necessary enzymes and nutrients.

Our Bootcamps are held usually outdoors in our carpark or a random popup. Tire flips, Sleds, Battleropes, Farmers Walks, Kegs using traditional strongman or custom made equipment.
