Description
The BRAC Dash and Splash Series: November is a dynamic duathlon event combining running and swimming, hosted at the Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre (BRAC) on Friday, 28 November 2025.
Participants can select from two course options: the short course features a 2 km run followed by a 200 m swim, while the long course includes a 4 km run and a 400 m swim. The running segment starts on Cable Beach Road East, proceeds along the footpath to Gubinge Road, and returns to BRAC. Competitors then transition to the aquatic centre’s main pool to complete the swim portion.
Competitors may enter as individuals or form teams. Adults can tackle the long course solo or as a duo, while juniors have the option to compete in pairs on the short course. Additionally, parent-child teams are encouraged to take on the short course together.
This event is part of two annual series held at BRAC: the first from March to May and the second from September to November, offering multiple opportunities to participate and enjoy a fun, fitness-challenging experience in Broome.
