Description
The Ironwood 24 Ultra Trail Run is a premier timed endurance event held from 16 to 17 August 2025 at the scenic Ironwood property atop Black Hill, NSW, Australia.
Participants, both individuals and teams, aim to complete as many laps as possible of a challenging ~6.7km trail course with 280m elevation gain per lap within 24 hours. Teams of 2 to 6 members compete in a relay format, with each runner completing one lap at a time over the 24-hour period. Solo runners also have the option to enter a 12-hour race.
This family-friendly event features a 24-minute kids' race, creating an inclusive atmosphere for all ages. Additional highlights include prizes for overall winners, fastest lap, and best group costume lap. Every finisher receives an environmentally friendly race medal.
Event amenities include camping, live music, firepits, food vendors, and a coffee cart to support runners throughout the 24-hour challenge.
