Our Kickboxing sessions are fast paced with pads, heavy bags & kick shields with come cardio and core. We also teach technique and avail for 1on1, sparring and self defense.


Our Bootcamps are held usually outdoors in our carpark or a random popup. Tire flips, Sleds, Battleropes, Farmers Walks, Kegs using traditional strongman or custom made equipment.


Our Strength Fit workouts are indoors, self paced & ideal if your time poor or a beginner. Run on average for 24min to 28min.The exercises included in your workouts are displayed on-screen and have a timer. Includes the use of kettlebell, dumbbell, sand bags, slam & wall balls, body weight. sledge hammers, barbell lifting movements and everything in-between.


Also ideal for warm up, recovery, stretching and foam rolling.


We offer small group training or personal training in our fully equipped private studio with male and female trainers with over 15 years experience
